On 29 April 2026, OceanTech’s top management team gathered in Bali for a meaningful leadership trip. It was a valuable opportunity to step away from daily operations, exchange ideas, strengthen alignment, and build closer connections through shared experiences and discussions. More than just a getaway, the trip allowed our leaders to reflect, inspire one another, and return with fresh perspectives and a stronger shared vision for the company’s future.

📌 Day 1 ｜ Apr 29 (Wednesday)
  • ✈️ Travel Day to Bali
  • Arrival in Bali and check-in at the accommodation
  • Free & Easy activities after arrival
  • Dress Code: Free attire / Casual wear

📌 Day 2 ｜ Apr 30 (Thursday)
  • 🤝 Team Building & Leadership Meeting
  • Team-building activities and management meetings will be held at the accommodation
  • A full day focused on discussion, collaboration, and team bonding

📌 Day 3 ｜ May 01 (Friday)
  • 🛡️ Emergency Server Recovery & Security Setup
  • In the morning, the team responded to an unexpected server outage that affected several company projects. The management and technical teams worked together to back up important data, restore affected systems, and implement additional security measures to reduce future risks.
  • 🏖️ 4:00 PM onwards: FinClub Beach Session
  • After completing the urgent recovery work, the team continued with the planned beach activities at FinClub.

📌 Day 4 ｜ May 02 (Saturday)
  • 🌴 Outdoor Adventure Day
  • ATV riding and rafting activities
  • A fun and exciting day filled with outdoor challenges and team experiences

📌 Day 5 ｜ May 03 (Sunday)
  • 🛍️ Free & Easy Morning
  • Enjoy some personal time for breakfast, shopping, or relaxing before departure.
  • ✈️ 12:00 PM – Flight Back to Malaysia
  • Check out from the accommodation and depart for the airport for the return flight to Malaysia.
